Two from the 3 men who attacked senior Supreme Court lawyer Prashant Bhushan on Wednesday inside his chamber have already been arrested from the Delhi Police. Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga and Vishnu Gupta, the 2 men who had been absconding immediately after attacking Bhushan, were arrested from the Delhi Police on Thursday from a house where they were hiding.

The duo, who apparently belong to somewhat identified outfit known as the Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena, has been brought to the Tilak Marg police station. Both have already been booked for trespass, criminal assault and criminal conspiracy.

Previously they had stated they would courtroom arrest in Patiala Property Courtroom at eleven.30 am. On the other hand, the police arrested them prior to they could attain the courtroom.

Quickly immediately after Bhushan was attacked Bagga claimed duty for that incident. He also claimed that he had attacked Hurriyat Leader Syed Ali Shah Gilani and activist Arundhati Roy for his or her remarks on Kashmir.

The 3rd individual who attacked Prashant Bhushan Inder Verma was arrested on Wednesday alone. Verma claims that he will be the president of a proper wing group referred to as Sri Ram Sena.

Bhushan, a near aide of anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare, was beaten up by three people within his chamber inside the Supreme Courtroom on Wednesday for the reason that of his comments around the removing with the Armed Forces Unique Powers Act from the Kashmir Valley.

The trio barged into Bhushan’s chamber on Wednesday afternoon declaring that they had an appointment with him and brutally assaulted him.

The attackers pulled the lawyer out from the chair, slapped, dragged and repeatedly punched him. Even soon after Bhushan fell down the attackers held on hitting him with their legs. Bhushan’s shirt was torn and his spectacles fell when he was roughed up.
